For a major client, we introduced this private customer solution both for the self-service area on the website and to support advisors in providing personal advice. The solution optimizes existing advisory processes by:

1. a systematic risk analysis and visualization of personal risks in real time.

2. an individual calculation of customer needs, which leads to an optimized product prioritization and recommendation.

3. Interaction of all conversation processes with each other and central control via a graph tool.

4. the multi-channel application of the advice routes, which can be integrated into portals, websites, apps or as a bot.

We have implemented our holistic digital advisory solution for private customers via API. Our advisory solution provides support with a comprehensive overview of the customer's life situation and focuses on the risks and needs as well as the resulting recommendation of suitable products.

The solution can be used as a self-service tool (portal, website, app, ...), for remote advice or for personal advice.
