- position (voluntary basis),

- insurance sector and,
- country.

Furthermore, your public interactions on the Services such as liking or rating other users’ content or posting comments and/or questions to other users are collected and visible to all users of the Services.

Personal data are collected directly from you as data subjects and are processed only for providing and using the Service for users.

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. If you consent to data processings (i.e. reception of e-mail-newsletter) the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Recipients of personal data are all users of the Services to the extent you make them public.

The Service is acceptable worldwide including so-called third countries outside the European Union and European Economic Area without an adequate level of the protection of personal data recognized by the European Commission. If you make your personal data public or contact another user and share your data by using the Service the third country transfers are permitted as they serve the fulfilment of our contractual obligations with you (Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR). Furthermore we consider your voluntary actions as consent in the concerning data transfer(s) (Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR).
